Album: Your Line Up V North Queensland - Is It Time To Go Gung-ho?

By now it's obviously apparent that we need some serious changes. Though we've seen some dire performances in the first three games, I do feel there have been some positives in terms of individual players and combinations - and it's time for those to be addressed, and time for us to take some risks. Address the problems that we've had, and build upon the few things that have been working. And thus, based on what I've seen in those first three matches, this would be the team I'd pick.

1. Glen Fisiiahi - Always been his best position, deserves another go there, and is first deputy if/when Locke changes position.
2. Ngani Laumape - Looked solid against Cronulla, one of few players to play well
3. Konrad Hurrell - On form, he's unstoppable. Needs to improve on D imo, but he's young, will only get better, and we don't really have a better option tbh.
4. Dane Neilsen - Been one of our best players in these terrible performances, so a great signing for mine
5. Bill Tupou - The hate is strong here, but I reckon he has all the attributes to succeed and just needs the right coaching. To me he often looks like he has no confidence, once this is addressed I think we'll have a solid winger. He'll do until Manu is back, at least.
6. Kevin Locke - Good passer, great support play, and has a decent boot on him as we saw yesterday. With the way he's been implemented in the attacking line, I'm starting to think this is an inevitable move. Plus he combines well with Johnson. If it doesn't work, throw Siejka in there and stick Locke back at 1.
7. Shaun Johnson - I still believe he can be the best. He has it all in his locker, just needs the platform to realise his potential. Needs to take charge and run the game, but for god's sakes give somebody else the goal kicking duties.
8. Jacob Lillyman - Been our best player so far - gives 110% every match. Love him.
9. Thomas Leuluai - Our issues at hooker are well documented. Thomas has played there at international level and he's a great op
