why the panic?? a high ankle sprain at this point is completely manageable, id be shocked if SJ isnt starting round 1. also, at this point of his career, missing a good chunk of pre-season is not a bad thing tbh. i have zero concerns about him slotting straight back in
I know full well that we are worse without AFB, but surely I’m not the only one that hopes he leaves asap. This entire saga reeks and the sooner he’s gone the better
progress isnt linear, Eels made the GF then missed the 8.. did we over perform this season? or did webby actually find these players true worth.. lets see, i want a top 4 finish again but realistically the expectations should be tp6 minimum. would imagine the roosters, souths, eels and cowboys...
my aunty was married to the late great Quentin Pongia, uncle Q handed me a warriors jersey in 98 and ive never looked back.. shed tears losing the 02 gf as a 12 year old, now get goose bumps when i merely think about this weekend as a 33yr old.. have only missed a handful of games over the years...
spot on, SJ starting and getting hurt during the game is a way better outcome than him being scratched and not taking the field at all. he plays, doesnt play well and we still win. thats my prediction.
this is 100% inaccurate btw. he had the injury, signed with us because his mrs returned home with the kids, after signing with us Ricky made a point of not using him in first grade again.
johnson plays but wont last 80. thats my prediction. there are different grades of tear too btw, a calf tear doesnt just automatically mean 4-6 weeks out...
tbf webster confirmed after penrith game that if SJ wasnt fit he would back Walker and TMM again.. however he did say he is "very" confident SJ plays. my concern is the bench overall, its tiny.. need bunty on board
