This is a thread for bits of Warriors related news, pics, tweets or even questions that dont really warrant their own thread.

Should the topic blow up then no doubt a thread will be created.

Awesome stuff, the little general, the ultimate Warrior! Now get all those wannabes in that meeting room and sort out how we're gonna defend

Seems a bit harsh putting the sign above the door. Look at him, he is struggling to even see it. Why couldn't they put it on the door at Stacey's eye level, and handle height.

So, does this mean he can use the room to host his own private parties whenever he wants? Or open another Subway franchise there perhaps?

So what happens when they get kicked out of MT Smart and have to play at E'dud Park, does he get to take his room with him?

    Good one.

Five times the player of this lot that's apparent , ah the memories , relying on Stacey to dig us out of games we had no right to win.....all those dropped balls and cheap penalties his mates gave up......eighteen nil to the opposition , Warriors win off a jones play in the last two secounds

Most great players in other countries get stands named after them, in NZ you get a meeting room?

Maybe Instant Finance could have an office there for all the fans who spent too much on merchandise .

Often wonder what would have been Jone's Legacy playing at another club alongside a Fittler or Lockyer , even a so so stand off would have pushed his stocks up

He is an absolute legend no doubt about it! The amount of times he was the first man in the tackle after putting up a pressure kick on the last was just unbelievable. I think he's been quoted somewhere saying something along the lines of how Shaun Johnson has far more flair and natural talent than he ever did, well it just goes to show that a good footy brain beats the hell outta the fancy stuff anyday!

The Stacey chip & chase was legendary! Man I'd be waiting for that every game!

Favorite Jones memory was the world club challenge first up match against St Hellens.

The Warriors were rated the bottom of the Superleague teams ( deservedly they were wooden spooning it on the table ) they opened the Poms versus Australasian Club games in that tournament as underdogs.

Jones put the pedal dwon on those short legs of his and cut the Defense to Ribbons , the Commentators were fapping on about how he was the quickest player off the mark they'd seen in a long time.

" If this is bottom off Superleague I'd hate to see top sides is going to do "......Poms love the Northern accents and the parochialism.

Warriors made the final of course lol

The gap between hemispheres was horribly exposed too.....some say the one off challenge games prove it has narrowed again...

2003 finals week 2, Canberra Raiders, Stacey Jones field goal with 2 mins on the clock.........always in my mind! think we were 10-0 down at one stage and won 17-16, just magic, never forget the look on ME's face, think he went through 10 packets of chewies!

Favourite Stacey and Warriors moment ever. Never forget the pride I felt watching him score such a classy try and during a Grand Final too...

Still think front liners should be training together. Mind you, if they aren't training together it answers a few questions. I hope SJ, TL Locke, Taylor and Godinet are planning, and practising stuff together, as well as at team runs.
