There's definitely a clear plan to get nrl ready players at this club. It's a move away from our usual flashy player signings.

    just reading the sharkies forum.

by all accounts, he's been good for them.

didn't see any "thanks fuck for god he's leaving" comments.

    that's a good sign.

Welcome to the graveyard brother Beale. May you rest in peace here muhahahhahahaha

GB will be a rung or two above Ayshford who at present is our best Centre.

Fus is good but goes quiet at Centre - a position that's fast becoming a edge forward with footwork.

Fus is simply too good as Winger, I see him growing into a more physical and capable Daniel Tupou in the position, makes the most of off chances regularly and good kick returns now.

Kata should be ISP and be given try assist and offload stats as KPIs - missed distribution chances deduct points and he gets no further shot until he's minimum 50pts or more in this new game called '#learnyourtrade'.

Big angry hairy prop apply within please. Then, bring your biggest mate.

Keep going Warriors, plenty left to do.

“Gerard is professional in all he does and has a wonderful attitude,” he (Kearney) said.

One player alone can't change the culture of a footy club, but three or four can.

Hugh McGahan says the club cannot ask the new guys to change the culture, I wonder if they agree with him.

Well you sure as shit can't ask the old guys to change the culture. They are the old culture...

If you recurit Jesus Christ your problems are solved, as he'll heal the sick and turn water into wine, and everyone will idolize him. But in the absence of a messianic character you need to bring in a critical mass of professionals who can join forces with the strangled minority of pros that are currently getting demolished at the club by the bros. Beale is one more pro in the mix, which means one less bro to contend with.

Force of numbers will eventually win out.

Yeah, I heard him say that and it's something I agree with.

You don't expect a few to change the entire culture, you need to systematically upgrade players as you go until you have a roster of professional players.

And will he get to play centre ? SK process have him sit on bench for 75 min, then move him to 2nd row.

    No they can't - we have 4 already - Mannering,Hoffman,RTS,lilyman,

But maybe another 3 or 4 ( beale, blair, ?) can so the good is starting to outweigh the bad.

Beale is one Kiwi player who has impressed me this year.... as in the past I have never been a big fan of his.
I can see him in the Lance Hohaia type roll, in that he may be able to fill in adequately in several positions in the back line.
Lets hope we don't F%*^* him up Big Time!
