The cream is rising to the top. The best matches IMO will be Sharks v Storm and our game. Cowboys v Penrith had potential until Cleary got injured. With Blair and Lisone potentially suspended we might be vulnerable. Plus Roarters are clicking. Cronk gives them a real edge.

i dont think i would ever read in my lifetime, "if Lisone is missing we could be vulnerable"

and Blair either misses 10 mins in the bin or gives away 5 penalties a game. We are going to have to agree to disagree on that one

Raise your hand if you couldn't even pick your nose last week?

As the defending champ in my tipping comp sitting dead last is has been a tough ride this year.

    Yeah it's been tough.

I've gone 4,4,5 over the first three rounds.

The games seem a little bit more obvious this week but it's easy to say that before a ball has been kicked.

It's the big swings that are tough

Manly go 54 up then 30 odd down against a winless side

Ata Hingano has replaced Blake Austin in the 14 jumper for the Raiders this week.

Hoping the kid has a cracker (provided Sticky uses him).

Interested to see how Jarome Luau goes of the bench another young Kiwi half making his debut this week.

Don't think there has ever been a time in the NRL where we have seen so many Kiwi eligible spine players playing. You've got these players playing this week eligible for the Kiwis.

    RTS
    Luke
    Johnson
    Godinet
    McIllwrick
    Foran
    Marshall-King
    Hingano
    Norman
    Pritchard
    Ponga
    Martin
    Griffin
    Nikorima

Surely the Raiders are going to win. If the coach is worth anything he will have the players breathing fire to avoid an 0-4 start,

He often breathes fire but it's often at the refs, the NRL etc. Needs to aim it closer to home. I was picking them as a top 8 side this year so don't ask me for to pick any winners.

We have been in that position quite often with slow starts. The opening rounds often have big swing arounds with sides losing one round blasting sides off the field the next week. Usually pissed off after training all off season and not getting the results.

They really are missing Hodgson out of dummy half although Havili has filled in quite well he just hasn't got someone replacing him like Hodgson had with Baptiste to keep thing moving.

I saw a few people tipping them but I think they will be up against it at Brookvale.

Geez a player slips and falls into a tackle and that is a head high. The refs are getting anally retentive for sure.

Another good match up scheduled for Thursday like last weeks Storm vs Cowboys. A bonus we don't have to get up early for work the next day.

See how the Panthers go without Cleary.

Supposedly the Warriors are interested in Josh Papalii. Don't waste your money on him, go for Kikau guy is a beast.

Should the Warriors be worried about these two?
