I recall him as being the grub from Maitland. Newcastle didn't want him then why would they want him now?

Wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole, guys a pysco. Prior to his US drama he'd been involved in a few other incidents . Lucky he's not doing time at Rikers

Interesting to see that Nathaniel Peteru has not been re-signed by the Titans.

Wonder what his options are stay and play in the Queensland cup or come back and play for the NSW Cup side. Wouldn't be surprised if he does.

nathaniel is a big body, bigger than we have

give him a job, tuck the ball under the wing and run hard and straight

id take him for a bench spot if we have no more forward signings on the horizon

    Anyone keen on McKendry?

He's hardly had a game in 18 months after tearing his ACL with 9 rounds to go in 2016 then tore it again after taking a knock in preseason this year.

From what I remember of him he's got a bit of size and doesn't make too many errors, has an offload.

I'd see him more as a replacement for Lillyman than Matulino ideally bringing some experience from the bench, he's only 28 so still has plenty to offer.

    That knee sounds suspect though.

Some stats from Mckendry's last full season against Lillyman and Latu.

All that shows me is what a big loss Bull is going to be. He may be one dimensional but he does his job and rarely lets the team down.

As for McKendry if he is priced to sell I'd get him in. Ben Matulino's knees weren't worth more than half million dollar gamble. McKendry's must be worth a little over half that unless his are totally screwed...

Sons a titans supporter so watched every game the last 2 years. Peteru makes Lisone look like a superstar. Don't think I've seen someone so big get driven back in every hit up they make

There's something going down at the Panthers and someone like McKendry could easily be squeezed out, if he cleared a medical and came for the right price the club would be stupid to turn him down.

Lillyman appears to be gone so I'd rather him than someone like Eastwood, in saying that he still only solves part of the problem.

The DT have him going to Manly but its also been reported that he's been in Newcastle recently to undergo a medical.

Hard to know exactly where he'll end up but it pretty clear he's out of favour with Kearney and we all know what that means.

Pretty sure it's Newcastle , But we should have someone lined up
or we just played this really badly ,
In a perfect world Vete or Lisone would have
played him onto the bench , An then we retire him
that hasn't happened , He said he wanted to stay an he's
been poached , Unless it's a back handed deal for Newcastle
    letting us get blair,

I can't help wondering what happened with lilliman. On paper he's everything we want. Solid work rate, low error rate, proven at high level football, rarely injured and willing to play for us for unders.
Kearnys lack of interest in him makes me question "the process". There's either something going on that no one knows about or Kearny is running this club into the ground.

Man if SK/Iro/George can sign Eastwood I will be in League Heaven as soon as the odds are up for 'to make the top 8' I am putting my Kiwi saver on the Warriors after I have put the kids College account on the Warriors ISP to win the final, ALL IN brothers, Eastwood would be perfect offers more than most forwards.

Its funny how all the talk of sigingings and management changes are getting supporters thinking positive for 2018.

Already, I'm starting to feel positive again

I remember with the successful Kiwis side of a few years ago it was all about forwards who could leave defenders on the ground and generate fast play the balls - neither of which Lillyman offers. Hopefully with a different forward pack we see the style of play evolve a bit.

Well the club has come out and said fitness was an issue this year. I think you will find it was a big part of Bulls problem, would have been interesting to see how he went under Corvos training next year
