P Sipley and Satae should be ready for First Grade by next year, or we declare that this club officially can't develop talent, and should be looking to buy all our players from the Aussie system and hoping they will develop themselves....

Kata will be at centre. A slow start to this season doesn't mean he's rubbish..

Gubb will probably be gone, he wanted out last year, we'd have to give him a good offer to stay (I'm not a fan so not worried).

Afoa and Papalii should be there or there abouts. Manu is still signed remember.. Somehow.

It's round 9 now and Manu hasn't played a game, is anyone expecting him to retire injured?

Kahu could be here next year.

    Gubb can go

some of our better performances this season have come with Ayshford at centre.

If we can’t do any better, I’d keep him. But they really should try and do better.

Manu had a couple of games for the NSWarriors before getting injured in his only FG game so far this season against the Bulldogs.

The Warriors are good - good at making their fans start looking at the following season so early in the year

Its probably more because we are currently unlikely to be able to field a first grade team, unless Doyle pulls something spectacular out of his arse.

Mind you, it could be argued that we haven't been able to field a first grade team for some years now.

    Looking to 2018 and beyond
    1. RTS (probably let him go when contract is up)
    2. Fusitua
    3. Recruit
    4. Recruit
    5. CNK
    6. ..
    7. ..
    8. Gavet
    9. Luke (Let him go at end of contract)
    10. Recruit
    11. Harris
    12. Pulu/Afoa/Lisone
    13. Mannering

    14. Pulu/Afoa/Lisone
    15. Recruit prop
    16. Recruit Prop
    17. Junior/NSW Cup utility or up and comer

6 and 7 are a headache, looks like we are stuck with SJ and a junior for the next 3 years

In summary Warriors need 3 first grade props, and 2 first grade centres

Wish luke would just go away now. Not even in the top 10 hookers. Ughhhh he sucks so bad. RTS stinks aswel if I'm being totally honest. Two of the 'high profile signings' have ended up being complete duds. My Passion for this club has all but gone.

Please, Aucklanders, boycott the home games.

Those two players aren't the problem. Just stop there before the scapegoating starts.

Agree completely. Luke's strength has always been his running game off the back of strong go forward. No go forward = no Luke.

RTS is the exact same player he was at the Roosters. He was always questionable in defense with a handling error in his game. Even with us he's still running for 150+ metres because that's what he does, he's just non-stop.

The difference is that RTS had his weaknesses protected by a dominant Roosters team up front. At the Warriors he just gets exposed because of the incompetence in front of him.

These guys are the least of our problem. Are they value for money? No they're not, but almost no fullback/hooker would be in this current team.

    Kata, SJ are in's.

Have you seen Lisone play??? He needs to spend a season in reserve grade at least. Has a few strong carries but thats all he brings.

Well, you can't argue with that.

We have something like 16-17 vacancies in our 2018 squad right now and 2017 looks like being another right off.

I dont think the Warriors should be spending big money on any more back rowers, they can make Pulu/Afoa/Lisone work. They need to fill other positions

I know SJ is in, as stated it looks like it will be him and a junior, the dot dot dot represents how I think they will be a weak link and we dont have any choice.

Kata is out for me, he can play NSW Cup. Kata and Ayshford are not first grade standard
