I think you're suppose to start the game with decent 13 and ok 8 and as it progresses your whole squad gets better. Because the bench doesn't really mean anything in fantasy.

As you get closer to the end of the comp your 17 gets stronger and stronger.

Or be like me and your team is ass the whole comp
