Xavier Va'a is on their books but not scheduled for Top 30 until 2026 when he'll be approximately 22 years old. QLD U19 in 2022. Hopefully he's the restless type & is on Cappy's radar

Obvs no one wants to lose SJ but if he gets offered ridiculous money like that I wouldn't begrudge him lining his pockets before he finishes up.

Would make more sense if it was Souths than the Roosters. Walker at the Roosters looks like he is really developing well now but he plays more like a 7 than a 6.

I would begrudge him. He’s picked up a great salary from the club over the years, sometimes deserved, sometimes not. If he wants a title with the Warriors, he needs to take one for the team now. He could still pick up a title with the roosters on good coin if there’s any truth to that? He knows the importance he has to this current team, if he upped and left I’d be bitter
