Epic Warriors game.

Manly were on fire riding off Ref calls and Bunker lies.
Billed as the match of the round, it lived up to the billing.

Absolutely bloody rapt, Best game of our season.

So pleased for the one point out of that touch and go thriller.

We showed our top 4 pedigree tonight.

Stoked with a point. Those 1 pointers are huge on the ladder. Puts us clear from those around us.

I used to love to hate DCE, but he is an increasingly decent person and player. Nothing negative in what he does.
Yeah any neutral watching that game will come away fearing and respecting both sides.

That was GF level shit on both sides, something the Warriors of old never walk away from with points.

That one point will probably be the point that gets us top four this year.

Golden point in my living memory is never the outcome from poor play or lack of effort.

After letting it sink in a bit more and after watching Webby’s post-match presser, that was a very good performance.

To not drop our lips after being 16-0 down takes a lot of resolve. In the last 5 minutes with the score 22-14, and with SJ kicking the ball dead, neutral observers would think that the game was over.

As Webby said, how we went to 16-0 down needs to be addressed.

A spirited comeback with no fancy plays. Sticking to the game plan and clawing the score back to 22-22 when it should’ve been game over is nothing short of a top 4 calibre performance.

Can't find the post from 1995warriorsfan 1995warriorsfan about Mrata's foot. Good to have it confirmed it is his 'other' foot fron the break.Without more detail it does marry up with my post around the good foot going due to compensating and overloading on one leg to protect the broken foot.

It would be much worse if it was a re break of the old injury.

Dude might have to do some Ballet and Yoga in the off-season....especially Ballet. Prima Ballerinas can load bear 60-70 kg on one toe eh and have the strongest feet and ankles in the world.

Jake might need some Billie Elliot no joke after a double foot fail.

I'd like to see the Muss do ballet too for some reason

3 hamstrings in the casualty ward, any advice? Pilate? 🤣

(Seriously though, must be some core/lower back issues blowing out so many hamies this year, unless they all got infected by Metcalf)

We weren't fantastic but we managed to claw it back and earn a competition point.

We also haven't lost since round 2. So three wins and a draw is a pretty good run to be on.

We have experienced players who will know they will need to improve and not allow a team to get up 16-0. The coaching staff will also be onto them.

We should improve next week after using this as a bit of a wake up call. We will get some good performance and some not so good performances at this time of the year. If we were great to start the season it would be challenge to maintain it. Hopefully we are hitting our straps the last 5 rounds and finals.
would surely be pretty confident to be meeting the Knights with another couple of wins under the belt as well ...

Roger played 1 game at centre, then again in the second game, became a goat against the storm in the second half

3rd game went to FB halfway, 4th at FB, 5th at wing, now 6th game at centre

To be fair he’s had 3 games at centre, give him 10 and see how he goes. He just had his 200th and 201st occasions.

People really want Pompey over RTS? Imagine the Sea Eagles forum seeing us crying for RTS to be dropped 🤣
